Evgenia Spathari studied Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated in 2023. She joined Costas Tsirides & Co LLC as a trainee lawyer shortly thereafter. After completing her training, Evgenia pursued a Master’s Degree (LLM) in International Business and Corporate Law at the University of Leicester, U.K., which she completed in 2025.

Evgenia was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2025 and joined Costas Tsirides & Co LLC as an associate in the Corporate Department of the firm.

Evgenia specializes in advising clients and drafting documentation in the areas of corporate and commercial law, trusts law, contract law, compliance and anti-money laundering, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

She is fluent in Greek and English and also speaks French.
