Irina was educated at Moscow State Academy of Law before passing her exams to practice Law in Cyprus. Since then she has received her licence as an Insolvency Practitioner in Cyprus and her MBA.

She worked as a Legal Consultant at Chrysses Demetriades; Head of the Legal Department at ZAO “Cargotrans” Moscow; Legal Consultant and Advocate Associate in the Corporate and Commercial Department at Chrysses Demetriades before becoming an Advocate Director at Costas Tsirides & Co. LLC.

Irina has more than 16 years of experience in practicing law in Cyprus. Her expertise lies in corporate and commercial law and, since 2003, includes handling major investment transactions via Cyprus into the Russian and CIS countries markets. She has served as a legal consultant to major Russian Banks regarding their international financial transactions.

She was born, raised and educated in Russia. She is married with two daughters and has been living in Cyprus since 1999.

Being a dual national, Russian and Cypriot, she has the advantage of being able to relate both linguistically and culturally to her clients, thus enabling her to offer a more personalised service.
