Biography
Christina Stephanou specializes in Commercial, Contract and Company Law. She offers a full range of services in the corporate sector including company formation (Cyprus and overseas companies), administration and management of such companies, and opening bank accounts with local and major European banks.
She liaises with lawyers of various foreign firms and cooperates with associates in Europe and the United States in respect of the incorporation and administration of companies of various jurisdictions.
Her work includes drafting of various corporate resolutions such as minutes, Trust Deeds and Powers of Attorney; preparing agreements such as share sale agreements, employment agreements, pledge agreements, trust settlements and loan facility agreements; drafting and issuing Legal Opinions; and handling of various transactions in connection with mergers and acquisitions and international Cyprus trusts.
