Where a transaction touches several jurisdictions, we lead the Cyprus workstream and coordinate foreign counsel so the board sees one coherent picture.

We represent clients in shareholder and contractual disputes, injunctive and freezing relief, enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, and international arbitration. Our approach is to establish the commercial objective first and the procedural route second; many of our best outcomes are settlements reached because the litigation position was prepared properly.

We advise individuals, families and employers on permanent residency, work and business permits, headquartering and staff relocation. The legal filings are only part of it: we coordinate the sequence of registrations, banking and household arrangements that determine whether a move actually works.
