Violetta Skittides

Ms. Skittidi joined Tsirides Law in 2024 and is an associate in the Corporate department of the firm.

Violetta has a long-standing interest in legal technology, access to justice, and the intersection of law and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Tsirides Law, she co-founded FormuLaw, a Cyprus-based legal technology startup that built an AI-powered contract review platform for founders and SMEs. Under her involvement, Formulaw went through Deloitte's accelerator programme, received a Microsoft Azure award, and was invited to present at the United Nations STI Forum, where she spoke on access to justice. The venture's work was recognised with several accolades, including the Deloitte Fast 50 Cyprus & Middle East "Rising Star" and "Women in Leadership" Awards (2024), the Women Who Empower Innovator Award from Northeastern University Boston (2024), and a Finalist placement for the Madame Figaro Women of the Year – Innovation award (2025). She also hosts a podcast, Legal with Ease.

Ms. Skittidi continues to work at the intersection of law and technology, and is currently involved in Tsirides Law's adoption of legal AI, contributing to the firm's exploration of AI-powered tools for its corporate department.

Ms. Skittidi primarily practices in Corporate Law and Private Client.

In 2019, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Economics, Philosophy, and Politics from Northeastern University London, U.K.

She later pursued her legal qualifications, completing the Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) and Legal Practice Course (LPC) at the University of Law, U.K., graduating in 2023.

She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2024.
